Managing Your Settings in MyDaisycon
In MyDaisycon, you have several options to manage your personal information, account settings, and user permissions. Below is an overview of the main settings and how to use them.
Personal Settings
In the Personal section, you can manage your profile details, including your name, gender, date of birth, and contact information. You can also adjust your preferences for language, newsletters, and export settings.
How to update your personal details:
- Navigate to 'Settings' | 'Personal'
- Edit your profile details or update your preferences, such as language localization, newsletter frequency or export preferences
- Save your changes when done
Security Settings
The Security section allows you to manage login credentials and account security. Here, you can update your password, enable two-factor authentication (2FA), and manage active sessions.
Key actions in Security:
- Change Password: Update your account password for security purposes
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Enable or disable 2FA for extra security.
- Logout from all devices: Log out from all active sessions if needed
- Revoke export tokens: If you've shared export links with others, you can revoke access by resetting the export tokens

Account Settings
In the Account section, you can manage your account details and settings. This includes managing your media properties, updating your contact details, and converting your account to a business account if necessary.
How to update your account details:
- Navigate to 'Settings' | 'Account'
- Review or update your media details, personal contact information, or payment settings

Media Settings
In the Media section, you can manage your registered media, such as websites or other content platforms that are part of your Daisycon account. You can filter the media based on status (active, deleted, or offline) and view their details.
Managing media:
- Go to 'Settings' | 'Media'
- View and manage your active media properties
- You can edit or deactivate media
- You can edit new media from here as well
Connected Users
The Connected Users section allows you to manage the users who have access to your account. You can add or remove users and assign specific permissions for each user.
Managing user permissions:
- Go to 'Settings' | 'Connected Users'
- View and manage user permissions, such as access to campaigns, material, statistics, and support
- Assign roles such as Account Admin or specific permissions like managing campaigns and materials
- You can also activate or deactivate users from this section
Inviting New Users
If you need to invite new users to your account, you can do so from the Connected Users section. Follow these steps to invite new users:
- Go to 'Settings' | 'Connected Users'
- Click on 'Invite user'
- Fill in the email and select the role or permissions for the new user
- The invited user will receive an activation email
Once the user accepts the invitation, you can manage their permissions in the same Connected Users section.
