If you have account management rights as a publisher at Daisycon, you can grant other users access to your account. This is particularly useful for businesses where multiple users need to manage the account.
To assign rights, go to the menu 'Settings' | 'Connected Users'. From here, you can assign different roles to new users.
What do the different uer roles and permissions mean?
User role: Generic
- Manage material: Allows the user to access link material, deep links, product feeds, and promotional codes.
- Manage campaigns: Gives access to search for and view all campaigns.
- Statistics: Provides access to all campaign statistics.
- Support: Lets the user create and respond to support tickets.
- Email approval tool: Allows submission of emails for approval by advertisers.
User role: Account admin
- Account settings & Invoices: Grants access to manage account settings, including address and payment details.
- Manage media: Grants access to create new media and modify existing media in the 'Settings' | 'Media' menu.
- Manage users: Allows the addition and removal of users, as well as assigning roles.
